*Submit your inquiry by email to: drbeckknives@comcast.net
*Include the item number/knife name, your name, mailing address, phone number, & preferred method of payment
(PayPal, Check, or Postal Money Order). Personal checks may require 3-5 days to clear before shipment. If PayPal is
selected, upon request we will you a PayPal invoice. PayPal can process credit card purchases.
*You will receive confirmation within 24-hours to let you know if the item you requested is available & what the total
cost will be with shipping & Sales Tax added (if applicable).
*Knives will be reserved for up to 7-days to permit time for your payment to arrive. Unless other arrangements are
made, after (7) days any unclaimed knives may be offered to the next interested customer.
*Knives are shipped within (2) business days from the date your payment is received (unless a hold period for
personal checks applies). All knives are shipped by USPS Priority Mail with full-value Postal insurance coverage.
You will receive a confirmation on the day we ship along with an estimated delivery date & tracking number.
*All knives come with a 5-day money-back satisfaction guaranty & Limited Lifetime Warranty (for the original buyer)
which begins at the time of delivery.
*WE ONLY SHIP TO DESTINATIONS WITHIN THE USA (Including Alaska & Hawaii).
Foreign customers are welcome, but must be able to provide a mailing address & phone number of a recipient within
the USA who will accept responsibility for delivery, & forward the knife to you at their own risk. If shipping service
improves in the future we will change this policy.

1. The success of our latest collectable Tracker knife project has enabled us to recover from a difficult
time & keep our doors open for another year. We'd like to send out our deepest thanks to everyone
who participated in helping to support our business.
2. Over the next several months we'll be updating our web site.
Our "Photo Gallery" page will be eliminated & we're adding a "Made-to-Order Knives" page.
From many customer requests, we're returning to once again offer knife models that can be ordered
anytime throughout the year & made with the options of your choice.
It'll take several months to make all the new display knives we'll be offering & get the pics &
details posted.
Tracker/WSK knives will continue to be listed on their own page, but will only be offered for sale in
very limited numbers once or twice a year (only about 24-30 Tracker/WSK knives total per year).
When ready, we'll post the date orders will start being accepted.
